Iain is a very friendly and helpful person. The lady who was working the service booth with him is less so. Oil change was done in about an hour, car was washed inside and out, and was pretty good. Although Iain seemed a little annoyed when I refused the 19.99 tire rotation. Because seriously, 20 bucks to remove 16 lug nuts and move 4 tires (a 3 minute job) is a little excessive. I might recommend a service special that includes the tire rotation, and is actually cheaper than the services separately. Synthetic oil change cost me 60.95 + tax A tire rotation would have tacked on another 19.99 + tax For a total of 80.94 + tax The service special on the website has a synthetic oil change + tire rotation for 89.95 + tax. I brought my 2013 Subaru Outback in for it's first hircut...i mean, oil change. I thought I had scheduled the appointment on-line but for some reason the appointment did not register. That did not slow down the receptionist. She got me hooked up with my service writer, and before you know it, I had my car back, freshly washed with a fresh oil change. He also politely took the time to patiently listen while I asked questions about a couple things that I poorly described and was able to figure out what I was talking about. He found answers for me.
